  • Introduce modular design – garments made of replaceable/repairable components (collars, sleeves, pockets) to extend product life.
  • Establish an internal durability standard exceeding industry norms for seam strength, colorfastness, and pilling resistance.
  • Partner with recycling operators to reclaim end-of-life garments into fibers or components for new production.

  • Reduce fabric waste per unit by 35% (vs. 2026 baseline).
  • Increase average product lifespan (by wash/wear cycles) by 200%.
  • Achieve ≥70% of products sold as modular, repairable designs.
  • Reach 50% closed-loop or open-loop recycling rate for returned/end-of-life garments.

Environmental Protection & Climate Change

  • Conduct annual Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon inventories and commit to Science Based Targets (SBTi).

  • Achieve carbon neutrality for Scope 1 & 2 emissions (via efficiency + internal reductions + high-quality offsets).
  • Reduce Scope 3 emission intensity (focus on fabric production & transport) by 50% vs. 2026.
  • Reach ≥90% water recycling rate in wet processing; reduce freshwater withdrawal per unit by 60%.
  • Ensure 100% biodegradable or recycled packaging from factory to customer.
  • Require 100% of key suppliers to comply with ZDHC wastewater guidelines.

New Energy Utilization

  • Install rooftop solar PV covering at least 70% of available factory/warehouse roof area by 2028.
  • Replace all diesel forklifts and internal transport vehicles with electric alternatives.
